If you only have one night, take a seat on the balcony, then sit back and admire the beauty of the Vercors massif.

If you have a bit more time,

• Don’t miss out on a walk through the medieval village of St-Antoine-l’Abbaye, taking a cruise on the Isère river by paddle steamer, visiting the suspended houses of Pont-en-Royans, the famous walnut museum of Vinay, and of course Saint Marcellin, the cheese capital of the region.
• Take a drive to the top of the Vercors plateau via a series of scenic roads that traverse the Gorges de la Bourne, the Gorges du Nan, the Combe Laval, or the Grands Goulets…
• Discover other attractions of the region such as the historical and cultural heritage of Romans, Grenoble and Valence; the Palace of the Facteur Cheval in Hauterives; or for those interested in something more active, take a swim in the Blue Lake of Paladru, or venture out on one of the numerous countryside or mountain trails on foot, on horseback or by bike.
